Patrick Elliot is the Director of Installation Services at Colorado Lining International (CLI), a Viaflex Company. Pat has a multitude of industry experiences and understands the geomembrane business from the ground up with over 30 years in geosynthetics installation. Additionally, Pat is the current President of the Fabricated Geomembrane Institute (FGI).
